This version introduces Acknowledgment Campaigns: send your policies and documents to employees or third parties, and get evidence that they read and accepted them.
New: Acknowledgment Campaigns
Pick the documents, choose the recipients and send the campaign. Each person receives an email with a personal link, verifies their identity with a code and acknowledges the documents, no Enveedo account required.
- Real-time tracking: who has acknowledged, who is still pending, and per-campaign counters.
- Reminders and resend: automatic reminders to pending recipients and manual link resend whenever you need it.
- Exportable evidence: export the campaign status with the date and time of every acknowledgment.
- Campaign duplication: reuse a previous campaign as the starting point for the next round.
Control Catalog
- New “In Progress” status on tests, with a status filter.
- The control panel shows the latest and next evidence dates and supports drag-and-drop evidence upload.
- CSV export per catalog and control search by owner name.
- Test groups can be closed without evidence when appropriate.
Multi-workspace Console
- Your own logo: organization administrators can upload their logo for the console.
- Group names are now unique within the organization.
- Complete Spanish translations across the dashboard and visual fixes (total risk chart, collapsed navigation bar).
Other improvements
- Documentation Management: redesigned document panel.
- Risk Assessment: when creating a framework, initial values are filled in from the template.
- Google Workspace: the setup now indicates which administrator account to use.
Notable fixes
- Control Catalog: saving a control’s custom settings no longer wipes its maturity levels, owner and annual cost.
- Renaming a task group from the pencil icon.
- English texts showing up in the Spanish interface (user management, task comments, Control Catalog).
